Location: Ealing Role: Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Deliver creative and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5). Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles within Drama, fostering creativity. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Creative Arts to share best practice and enhance the Drama curriculum within our creative school. Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Drama, valuing creative development. Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field. Proven experience teaching Drama at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on creativity. Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre, with experience in fostering creative performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Drama through creative activities.
