The Product Transformation Consultant (Product Coach) will play a central role in shaping and delivering transformation strategies for major UK organisations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to design product operating models, embed agile delivery, and coach cross-functional teams to adopt new ways of working that accelerate impact.
Role Highlights
– Partner with senior stakeholders to define and deliver product-centric transformation strategies.
– Assess current-state capabilities and design future-state operating models that scale effectively.
– Lead discovery sessions, shaping transformation goals and aligning delivery with business outcomes.
– Drive adoption of agile, lean and DevOps practices across business and technology functions.
– Mentor product managers and product owners, building client capability and embedding continuous improvement.
You Will Need
– Proven experience leading large-scale product-led or agile transformations in complex organisations.
– Deep understanding of product management principles, agile delivery and lean change.
– Ability to design and implement product operating models, governance structures and funding approaches.
– Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with confidence coaching senior leaders.
– Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro and Confluence.
– Ideally, exposure to organisational design, agile scaling, or cloud-driven transformation.
