PreferredthesuccessfulcandidateholdsaCIPDLevel5qual/ORbequalifiedbyexperience,musthaveafullUKDrivinglicenceandbeabletoworkfromSunburyandColnbrooklocations,therewillbesomehybrid/WFHopportunityfortherightpersonafterprobation.

JobOverview
Purposeoftherole:
ToworkalongsideHRManagertoprovidehighqualityHRservicesto190FTEwhoworkatthegroupofcompanieswithafocusoncontinuousimprovementandrobustadministration.
TheHRAdvisorwillproactivelydealwithallfirstlinequeries,advisingteammembersandmanagersonHRprocessandpolicies.SignpostingtoappropriatepoliciesandescalatingissuestotheHRManagerwhenappropriate.
ResponsibleforHRAdministrationanddatamanagementonHRinformationsystemBambooHR.
SupportthedevelopandimplementationofHRandPeoplestrategies:
Formandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipsacrossthecompanies.
Assistandadvisemanagers/supervisorsonHRpolicy,procedureandbestpractice.
ProvideallroundHRGeneralistsupportonprojectsanddaytodayHRadviceandsupportincluding;administrationofpayrolladjustments,recruitmentandselection,policies/procedures,disciplinary&grievances,salary&contracts,training&development,drivingperformancereviewsandanyotherHRrelatedprojects/issues.

Tomanagetheend-to-endrecruitment.Postjobads,screenandshortlistcandidates,produceinterviewagendas,attendandarrangeinterviews.
Managerelationshipwithpreferredsupplierrecruitmentagencies.
Workwithhiringmanagersonjobdescriptionsandpre-interviewscreeningcallrequirements.
ApplyforDBScheckfornewcandidatesandprovidereferencesinaclearformatforCAAbackgroundscreening.
Ensureallrelevantdocumentationisreceivedasnecessaryonorbefore1stdayofemployment.
Deviserecruitmentstrategiestorecruithardtofillroles.
Onboarding/Induction
Supportmanagersandnewstarterstoensureapositiveandinclusiveexperience.
Owntheonboardingprocessfornewstaters;prepcontracts,offerlettersandsupportingdocuments,onboardtoHRsystems,arrangecompanyinduction,facilitateprobationreviews.
FacilitateHRinductionfromtimetotime.
Leavers
EnsureleaverschecklistsarecompletedbymanagersandallHRallocatedtasksarecomplete.
Produceresignationacceptanceletters.
Calculateanyoutstandingaccruedholiday/outstandingpaymentsforleavers.
CommunicatewithITingood timetoensureallIToffboardingtasksarecomplete.
HRAdministration
Writeandqualitycheckcommunicationswithemployeesusingtheprinciplesofthink,feel&do.
Continuouslyimproveallcompanydocumentsandprocessesandworkwithwiderteamstofacilitateimprovements.
Produceemploymentlettersforpromotions,changeinroles,disciplinaryprocess,grievance,absencemanagement,andtailoreachcommunication.
Produceemploymentcontractsofferlettersandsupportingdocumentsusingcompanytemplates.
KeeptheHRsystemBamboouptodateandorganised.
Provideadministrativesupportforallemployeebenefits.
ProduceaccuratereportsonkeyHRmetricssuchasheadcount,genderdiversity,newhires,leavers,turnoverrate,retentionrate,absences&updateOrgCharts.
Recorddetailedreportsforallpayrolladjustmentsforallemployees.
CoordinatetrainingandHRinitiatives.
SupportHRManagerinperformanceassessmentprocessevery6months.
Administrationofparentalleave,Maternity,Paternity,sharedparentalleave&flexibleworkrequests.
HRInformationsystem
MaintaintheHRISBambooHR,ensuringdataintegrityandthatrecordsareaccurate,up-to-dateandregularauditstakeplace.
