The Role
As an Account Coordinator, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring an outstanding client experience from order to delivery. This is a key role where you'll be the main point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of customer account coordination and support
* Provide regular order updates and handle any customer queries or issues
* Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless order flow
* Process orders, transactions, and related documentation
* Proactively engage with customers to build strong, lasting relationships
* Carry out general administrative support as required
About You
* Proven background in customer service or account coordination
* Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
* Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential
* A proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
