We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of ACMV Project Engineer in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the HVAC and Building Services sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
* Design air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects.
* Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing.
* Develop chilled water, VRF, and VRV system designs.
* Prepare ACMV construction drawings and schematic diagrams.
* Coordinate BIM models using Revit with multidisciplinary teams.
* Conduct testing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
* Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates.
* Manage project schedules, site activities, and contractor coordination.
Required Skills
1. HVAC System Design – Design and implementation of ACMV systems.
2. Cooling Load Calculation – Accurate equipment selection and sizing.
3. Revit/BIM Coordination – Development and coordination of BIM models.
4. ACMV Testing & Commissioning – System performance verification.
5. Project Management – Site coordination, planning, and execution.
Preferred Skills
* Energy-efficient HVAC design knowledge.
* Familiarity with international HVAC standards and codes.
* Experience handling large-scale building projects.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess experience in ACMV/HVAC design and project management environments. Experience in design coordination, site execution, commissioning, and BIM collaboration is preferred. Typical experience range for this role is 3–8 years in HVAC/ACMV engineering projects.
Education
* Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Additional: HVAC Design, BIM/Revit, or Project Management Certifications

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models, Piping Isometrics, GA drawings, and Piping Layouts. In-depth knowledge of Piping BOM, MTO, and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
