SEN Support Assistant (Bolton)
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Bolton. About the role:
As an SEN Support Assistant, you will:
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
2. Assist in delivering personalised learning programmes tailored to individual children.
3. Encourage social interaction, independence, and positive behaviour.
4. Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to adapt resources and strategies for pupils with EHCPs.
5. Support children with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, or learning difficulties.
6. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and their families.
