Full Time Nights at St Martins Care – Willow Green, Darlington, England. Salary: £12.25 per hour.

Location
The service’s premises in Willow Green. You may be required to work at other locations at the discretion of the company with appropriate notice.
Role-specific Duties
* Ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery, respecting their wishes and preferences.
* Contribute to the efficient running of the service.
* Support residents to maintain relationships with their local community.
* Follow care plans and other supporting information regarding residents.
* Inform the Senior Care Assistant/Nurse of any changes in a resident’s needs.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of those being supported.
Working with Others
* Develop effective working relationships with colleagues.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for residents.
* Maintain and develop relationships with residents’ loved ones.

* Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

* Have knowledge of and work within the Fundamental Standards.
