Job Description
The NN Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing on campaigns and activities within IFS focus industries of Manufacturing and Construction & Engineering. It is a hands-on role where you will generate ideas as well as execute them. You will utilize your innate curiosity and test your resilience, focused on but not limited to:
1. Demand generation - Drive leads and pipeline creation (Top and through the funnel) - including virtual and onsite events (external/internal), campaigns, digital, social media both direct to market and through, or in collaboration with partners
2. Managing digital marketing platforms and campaigns including paid social media, building landing pages and emails on Marketo
3. Scrutiny of Campaign results including post-event analysis and reporting.
4. Execution of global and regional marketing campaigns where relevant
5. Management of the CRM system- Lead management and list collation.
6. Running ABM activities to strengthen our position in existing sales cycles
7. Stay on top of market trends and industry developments in order to produce and execute on the right activities in the right channels with the right message
8. Build and maintain excellent relationships across the global sales and marketing team including digital, social, design and other central teams
Qualifications
9. 4+ years’ marketing experience - preferably business-to-business and within the software industry/manufacturing/C&E industries.
10. Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or Hubspot is preferable
11. Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications or a related business field
12. Proven success in a similar role within an enterprise software sales organization
13. Strong problem-solving skills.
14. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines, and able to navigate a matrix organization to leverage direction and support required.
15. Skilled relationship builder with exceptional polish; team player with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders
16. Good presentation skills and ability to interact with internal/external customers.
