Overview
As a Warehouse Operative you will be at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Working in our state‑of‑the‑art Bicester facility you will support a variety of warehouse activities, from picking and packing to dispatching and inbound handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Despatch: Load individual totes into frames and onto delivery vans, and sort and organise totes returning to site.
* Pick: Pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes, handling goods with care while receiving support from automated robots.
* Inbound: Receive goods from suppliers and place them into totes for pickers and robots.
* Freezer: Pick and pack frozen items in a large freezer, working in temperatures up to -25°C. Full safety gear is provided.
* Work in both ambient and chilled areas (-5°C) as required.
* Plan your work‑life balance by selecting from available shift patterns.
Shift Times
* Days Pick/Freezer – 05:00 – 15:00 (4 days)
* Nights Pick/Freezer – 19:00 – 05:00 (4 nights)
* Days Despatch – 07:00 – 17:00 (4 days)
* Nights Despatch – 21:00 – 07:00 (4 nights)
* Days Inbound – 06:00 – 17:00 (4 days)
* Nights Inbound – 19:00 – 06:00 (4 nights)
What We Offer
Hourly rate: £12.35 per hour
Night shift premium (11:45 pm – 5:45 am): £2.67 per hour
Freezer premium: £0.80 per hour
Overtime paid at basic × 1.25
