CRM Technical Manager
A UK-leading hospitality company is seeking a CRM Technical Manager to join the team!
Location: Burton Upon Trent - 1/2 days in office
Base Pay: Up to £55,000
THE ROLE
This role will join the growing CRM team which sits as a centralised function for the business working across a range of their brands. You will manage 2 CRM Developers and be responsible for the adoption and elevation of the Braze platform in CRM. This role will look to enhance the use of the platform, driving its abilities to hit commercial uplifts. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to champion and influence continuous improvement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong experience in ESPs and CDPs, ideally Braze
* Proficient in coding, particularly HTML, CSS, SQL, Shopify Liquid etc.
* Experienced in managing marketing platforms to deliver against commercials
