University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse to join their Rheumatology/Osteoporosis service.
The service is extending to provide infusions for patients within the MSK service. The role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, spread over 3 days, and is primarily based at Southlands Hospital.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a great team spirit, who will support Rheumatology with their outpatient care and provide nursing cover for patient advice lines at Worthing and St Richards Hospitals.
Main duties of the job
Organise and run nurse-led infusion clinics under the direction of the CNS's.
Cover the telephone advice line, providing support and education for patients.
Provide outstanding care to patients and contribute to maintaining a great work environment.

Person Specification
Qualification
* Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration or soon-to-qualify.
Skills
* Venepuncture and Cannulation.
* IV drug administration.
* Skills in infection control.
Qualifications
* Mentorship or equivalent.

Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per annum pro rata.
