This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual with excellent communication and organisation skills to work in the Finance department. The role reports directly to the Group Head of Finance and works with a multi‑disciplined team.
The responsibilities include assisting in the day‑to‑day running of the Finance Office and financial systems, monitoring and reconciling all bank accounts on a monthly timetable, maintaining the fixed asset register and generating monthly financial journals including accruals and prepayments.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Be an active and contributing member of a busy and innovative Finance team.
* Monitor and reconcile all bank accounts in line with a monthly timetable.
* Generate monthly financial journals, including accruals and prepayments.
* Conduct financial analysis to assist in the generation of monthly management accounts.
* Assist in the preparation of audited annual accounts.
Required Skills And Experience
* Previous experience working in a finance environment.
* Working towards a professional CCAB qualification.
* Accurate and detail‑oriented work.
* Ability to organise own workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills.
