As an IT Support Analyst, you will be expected to:
Be the first point of contact for users seeking technical support. Your role is critical in ensuring efficient and effective IT service delivery by providing initial troubleshooting and resolving issues or escalating them appropriately. Skills and attributes include, Excellent customer service skills, an understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
