Role Description
This is a part time, on-site role at our Jetts 24hr Fitness location in Wigan. As a Sales and Fitness Assistant, your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting members, delivering outstanding customer service, leading group exercise sessions, organizing recreational activities, and maintaining gym equipment and cleanliness. You will also support sales initiatives, promoting memberships and other services to help grow the gym community, while assisting members in achieving their fitness goals.
Qualifications
* Skills and experience in Group Exercise and Recreation
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and general fitness concepts
* Passion for health and wellness, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
* Relevant fitness certifications and experience conducting group fitness classes are desirable
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
