GSL Education are recruiting an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming EYFS setting in Sleaford and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in a child s first steps in education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a nurturing and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Create a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
* Use a variety of learning strategies to support children s development across all areas.
* Monitor and assess children s progress, adapting planning accordingly.
* Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support each child s growth.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and development milestones.
* A patient, creative, and caring approach to early education.
* A full and up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
