Conference & Review Manager - £64,000+- Hybrid
NonStop Care has an exciting opportunity with an Outstanding Ofsted local authority in Berkshire, seeking an experienced Lead IRO or Manager for their Conference & Review team. This role involves working closely with senior management to ensure best practices across the authority.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing a team of IROs and support staff
Collaborating with and reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance
Ensuring effective monitoring and quality assurance for CLA Reviews, Child Protection Conferences, and investigations against staff and volunteers, in line with policy and regulations
Contributing to the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)
Maintaining processes for measuring, reporting, and improving practice quality across CSC
