We are working with a leading holiday park operator to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team of a high-performing park in Northumberland.
This is a significant leadership role within a large, fast-paced operation. You will take full responsibility for driving sales performance, leading and developing a successful team, and contributing to wider strategic decisions across the park.
The Role
* Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
* Drive commercial performance and revenue growth
* Shape sales strategy and pipeline management
* Influence wider operational decisions as part of the SLT
* Ensure an exceptional experience for both holiday home owners and guests
* Create a culture built on integrity, standards and accountability
About You
* Proven sales management or commercial leadership experience within holiday parks or a related leisure, car sales, direct sales environment
* You may be a General Manager or Senior Sales Manager/Multi-site/Business Manager
* Strong people leadership skills – you know how to develop and motivate teams
* Commercially astute and target-driven
* High standards, high energy, and strong integrity
