* Hands‑on experience with integration patterns, cloud architecture, data flow, and designing for security and resilience.
* Established capability of a broad technology landscape, including cloud‑based services, off‑the‑shelf systems, and custom applications.
* A people‑focused approach to technology – you’re as comfortable listening and engaging as you are designing.
* Applied knowledge of translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable architecture and effective solutions.
* Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
* A dedication to equity, accessibility, and inclusive design in digital services.
* A curiosity about shaping architecture practices and well‑developed skills in embracing sophisticated architecture standards, design governance, or technology strategy.
