We're partnering with a growing and well-established consultancy in the energy sector, looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive expansion across both new and existing client accounts.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the full commercial cycle-from opening doors to closing deals-and wants to play a visible role in shaping a company's growth trajectory.
What you'll be doing:
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the energy landscape
* Growing existing client accounts by introducing additional services
* Leading and coordinating tender submissions with technical teams
* Building a strong market presence through networking and industry events
* Managing pipeline activity and keeping CRM systems sharp and up to date
What we're looking for:
* A proven track record in business development within energy or a related technical sector
* Experience winning new clients and developing long-term relationships
* Confidence leading bids and working cross-functionally to deliver proposals
* Strong communication skills-equally comfortable in a boardroom or on stage
* A self-starter mindset with a commercial edge
