We have an exciting opportunity for an Income Assistant to join our Income and Allocations team. As a key part of the service, youll help support the delivery of essential business functions by working closely with customers, internal departments and external partner agencies.
In this role, youll contribute to the effective and efficient operation of our income collection processes, with a particular focus on managing and reducing former tenant arrears, which will make up approximately 50% of the role. Youll independently manage a caseload, engage with former tenants and negotiate affordable and sustainable repayment arrangements....
