Teaching Assistant Responsibilities Include: * Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons * Preparing and utilising resources around the classroom for each lesson * Using your own initiative * Developing literacy, numeracy and communication skills in children * Providing 1 to 1 support We are looking for Teaching Assistants who: * Can remain calm, confident and engaging * Have an interest in a multitude of subjects * Can build a good rapport with pupils * Have empathetic and nurturing characteristics Desirable, (but not essential): * Experience working with children * An Enhanced DBS Certificate - we can process one for you * EWC Why choose Team Educate?
