Teaching Personnel is working with a school based on the East side of Birmingham who are looking for a Humanities cover teacher to join their team from May half term. This could be a potential permanent position.
Job Duties:
Deliver engaging and informative Humanities lessons to students
Demonstrate specialist knowledge in Geography or History
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support with planning and marking as required
Required Qualifications:
PGCE, QTS, or relevant Humanities Degree
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Strong curriculum knowledge of Humanities
Specialist knowledge in Geography or History
Strong behaviour management skills
Ability to support with planning and marking
Ability to effectively manage the classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in Education or relevant field
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
Long term contract with potential for permanent placement
Work location in Tile Cross, West Midlands
