You’ll be responsible for elevating operational standards, supporting and developing the team, strengthening landlord relationships, and ensuring the property portfolio is managed efficiently, professionally, and in line with current legislation. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Lead, develop, and support the Property Management team. Oversee the full property portfolio, ensuring high standards and compliance. Manage escalated landlord and tenant issues, providing effective resolutions. Approve and oversee maintenance, repairs, major works, and contractor performance. Ensure legal compliance across safety, legislation, and documentation. Work closely with the Head of Lettings to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Strong leadership experience in residential property management. Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance. Confident managing escalations and high-volume portfolios. Skilled in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused. Experience with major works and contractor oversight. Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of developing and supporting a team. Able to work closely with senior management.
