Mint Velvet began when founders Liz Houghton and Lisa Agar-Rea set out to create an unfailingly chic collection of contemporary, great quality staples and elevated fits that they felt were missing from their wardrobes. Feeling frustrated that they couldnt find anything they wanted to wear, or the great customer service they craved, they started fusing relaxed comfort with glamorous yet wearable fashion trends. Relaxed Glamour was born.

The Role
* Own the critical path of product launches to the website, working closely with the relevant teams to coordinate imagery and product copy to ensure new products are loaded efficiently to prevent any delays to launch
* Responsible for the daily site audit of UK and international websites, ensuring all journeys are optimised, all content and product information is pulling through as expected
* Manage MV.com stock reporting, ensuring all products are live; working through any nuances and escalating risks or concerns to the wider trading team
* Review forward intake, ensuring that products are ready for launch and fully optimised for the website
* Awareness of product availability across international websites and the impact this has on trading & marketing activity
* Own the creation & maintenance of Shop the Look
* Work with the marketing team to support on campaign and promotional launches on site, ensuring we have sufficient stock to support
* Visual merchandising of category pages, ensuring optimum position and maximum commercial exposure of all products based on analytics, trading requirements and stock availability. Understand when differing merchandising strategies are needed for international sites
* Support with the optimisation of search functionality, reviewing top search terms, implementing redirects and synonyms
* Conduct regular market reviews across key competitors, focused on identifying opportunities for improvements
* Assist with the production of Excel based daily/weekly trade reports and carry out ad hoc reporting as required, for both the UK and international websites. Able to articulate and share insights from reports
* Utilise reporting systems and analytics tools to extract & combine data for reporting
* Working in partnership with your line manager to continually improve your own performance taking an active role in setting and achieving stretching objectives
What Youll Have
* Youre highly commercial - numerate and data‑driven balanced with a keen interest in fashion
* You can communicate effectively with people at all levels, from Directors to peers, communicating your ideas and suggestions clearly, positively, and convincingly
* You are confident to admit if you dont know something and able to seek advice from others
* You are a great communicator, using strong questioning and listening skills to ensure you have shared understanding before leaving any discussion/meeting
* Youre brilliantly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload to get the job done to the highest standards
* You focus on solutions not problems, showing an ability to make key decisions within a framework
* Youre a self‑starter and excited to learn
* If you have experience with Excel, GA, Attraqt, Shopify and Content Square that is a bonus but not essential
* You will understand the brands core customer and their behaviour across all ecommerce sites
* You will demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvets market position and competitors

About Mint Velvet
In 2009, co‑founders Liz, Lisa and Jane came up with the idea for Mint Velvet over cups of fresh mint tea at Lizs kitchen table. After years of not finding what they wanted to wear on the high street, the trio had outgrown the fast‑fashion brands dominating the retail space and wanted the latest trends translated in a relaxed way. The concept of Relaxed Glamour was born: easy, effortless clothing that can be slipped on to create a luxe look on even the busiest of days.
Known for our easy shapes, beautiful prints and flattering fits, all with thoughtful finishing touches, Mint Velvets unique handwriting is synonymous with everyday luxury and quality. The range has also expanded to include accessories, activewear, homeware and gifts all with our signature Relaxed Glamour aesthetic.
After a whirlwind of success in the first couple of years, we now have stores nationwide, a thriving website and partnerships with premium department stores. As we enter the next exciting phase of our journey, were on the lookout for exceptional people to join us and help continue the legacy of our ambitious brand growth, with the same energy and passion weve had since the beginning.
