About the Role Global Highland are recruiting an experiencedSite Supervisor / Managerto take ownership of day-to-day operations across a range of civil engineering projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What Youll Be Doing
Leading and coordinating all site activities from groundworks through to completion
Supervising direct labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials
Ensuring all works meet technical specifications and quality requirements
Driving a strong health & safety culture on site, including toolbox talks and inductions
Liaising with clients, engineers, and project managers to maintain progress and resolve issues
Keeping accurate site records, reports, and daily diaries
Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates to management
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a site supervisory or management role within civil engineering
Strong technical knowledge in earthworks, reinforced concrete, drainage, road construction, and utilities
Relevant construction management or civil engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree desirable)
SMSTS / SSSTS (desirable)
NRSWA Supervisor
3 Day First Aid
CSCS card Gold or Black (management level preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
