Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Insurance London Hybrid working (3-days in the office, 2 from home) Commercial Insurance 5 PQE SSQ are partnered with a global, leading insurance company to recruit a 5 PQE Commercial Insurance lawyer to join their impressive and progressive function. Commercial work will include a mixture of general commercial, technology, IP, TOBA's and NDA's as well as a mixture of insurance, privacy and ad-hoc employment work. Suitable for someone with in-house experience in a varied commercial and insurance position and 5 years of experience. Role Description: Advising and working closely with the business to provide a pro-active service across a range of commercial law issues including, but not limited to, insurance agreements, general contracts, supply agreements, IP, Privacy, NDAs, TOBAs, and client service agreements Assisting on Delegated Underwriting Agreements, London Market Agreements General insurance commercial contracts, with drafting and negotiation, including NDAs; File Transfer Forms and Referral Agreements; Collaboration Agreements; TOBAs; Consulting Agreements; Fee Services Agreements; Non-Insurance Mediation Services Agreements; Service Level Agreements/ Mutually Referred Business Service Agreements; and Global Partnership Agreements. Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of IT agreements, including SaaS Agreements Supporting the Privacy & Information Security teams with advising and drafting on Data Protection Clauses Application requirements: 5 years of post-qualification legal experience Wide general commercial contracts knowledge required. Insurance law knowledge required.
