The role:
We’re looking for a skilled Content Manager to join our global marketing team in London, UK. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping WorldFirst’s brand narrative by developing key assets—including our messaging house, sales pitch decks, product tutorials, and product-related content—ensuring alignment with our brand identity. You’ll oversee content creation and distribution across multiple channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice while engaging our target audience and driving marketing objectives. What you will be doing:
* Brand Message House: Develop a comprehensive message house aligned with marketing objectives and brand strategy. Identify target audiences in each market and tailor content to their needs and interests. Research and analyze industry trends to inform content strategy.
* Product-related Content Writing and Creation: Generate native-English content to educate markets about our brand and products across various formats including pitch decks, leadership presentations, scripts, product tutorial videos, customer stories, etc to communicate brand messages.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Working closely with social, KOL, paid, website, and PR to integrate brand messaging across all initiatives, and maximize the value of content created.
* Performance analysis and reporting: Tracking key metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure the effectiveness of content produced.
What we are looking for someone who has:
* Excellent English writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong understanding of brand management principles and content marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
* Digital marketing knowledge including SEO best practices.
* Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
* Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
