Hays Accountancy & Finance are exclusively partnering with a leading, well-established & growing Engineering Group in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire to recruit a dynamic, hands-on & experienced Senior Credit Controller to join their close-knit Credit team. A newly created growth role for the organisation reporting directly to the Credit Manager with the objective of managing credit accounts for their customers in line with the company’s credit policy. Proactively supporting the business to minimise aged debt, while being involved also in credit reporting and various projects to support the development of the credit department. The position offers remote/office hybrid working (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) with a generous & competitive overall benefits package, along with future progression/development opportunities.

Your key duties will involve processing new account applications, assessing creditworthiness, setting credit limits, setting payments terms & conducting in-depth assessments for complex/high value customers.
