Stock Condition Surveyor (Temporary - £ Umbrella)
Covering locations Camberley, Kent, and Surrey Heath
Temporary (3-6 months)
Pay Rate: £ per hour (via umbrella)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct 6-8 stock condition surveys per day across the South region.
* Assess property components, reset lifespans, and identify repair needs.
* Upload survey data and update internal systems (ActiveH).
* Ensure properties meet the Empty Homes standard.
* Plan routes efficiently to maximise productivity.
Requirements
* HNC in Building or equivalent experience in maintenance/construction.
* Knowledge of Schedule of Rates.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to interpret building legislation and use property management software.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Basic DBS check required.
