Purpose: We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal/Case Handler to join our Motor Insurance Claimant Personal Injury team in Bristol. Working Hours: A combination of office and home working will be required. The successful candidate will work 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, between the core working hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Duties/Responsibilities: Managing cases and/or task based work with full supervision - specifically personal injury cases; Pursuing claims through pre- and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system; Complying with agreed service standards; Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors; Dealing with administration as required. Skills/Competencies Required: Good attention to detail; Team player; Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Previous case handling experience is not essential as full training will be given.
