Who we’re looking for:
Science professionals with recent school experience and a proven track record of improving outcomes at departmental, faculty, or whole-school level as:
* Middle Leaders / Heads of Department (Science)
* Lead Practitioners (Science)
* Senior Leaders of Education (SLEs)
What you’ll be doing day to day:
* Working directly with schools to improve teaching quality and pupil outcomes
* Coaching and mentoring teachers and middle leaders to strengthen classroom practice
* Supporting departments and leadership teams to embed evidence-informed strategies
* Using examiner insight and assessment expertise to help schools refine curriculum, pedagogy, and exam readiness
* Delivering professional development, modelling best practice, and driving sustainable improvement
