Employment Solicitor – London
The Role
A prestigious UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its thriving London office. You’ll be involved in a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work for a diverse client base—from start-ups to listed companies. The role also includes corporate support and outsourcing work, offering excellent exposure to cross-practice collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on a wide range of employment law matters
* Leading Employment Tribunal cases with minimal supervision
* Delivering training to clients and contributing to business development
* Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
The Team
You’ll be joining a collaborative and ambitious employment team in London that is part of a wider national group. The team is known for its technical excellence and commercial insight and benefits from regular training, sector-focused away days and strong internal support.
About You
You will have:
* At least 2 years’ PQE in employment law from a reputable firm
* Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
* Excellent client-facing and advocacy skills
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
* Experience in restrictive covenant disputes and team moves
