Days: Monday to Friday (No wekeends) 10am to 3pm

We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities in friendly and supportive day care centres across the region.
💚 What You’ll Do

Support adults with learning disabilities to enjoy meaningful activities and community engagement
*
Encourage independence, dignity, and personal development
*
Work as part of a caring, professional, and friendly team
*
Help create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued
✅ Requirements
*
Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
*
Experience working with Adults with LD, Autsim and promote indepence and wellbeing
*
Right to work in the UK
*
Mandatory Training, Medication, First Aid, Safeguarding Adults and Children, Health & Safety and other courses
*
Minimum 12 months’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in the UK
*
A caring attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
