One of our prestigious clients in MK is looking for a senior helpdesk admin professional, who will oversee and look after things when the manager is away. The ideal hire will have experience scheduling engineers, with strong admin and customer service experience. Plan engineer routes. Liaise with customers. Write reports. Help with the team. Answer calls, log and close calls. Support engineer and parts despatch team. Complete jobs on the system. General admin. The ideal candidate will have engineer scheduling experience, will have knowledge the UK geographical and have over seen a team when the manager is away. Hours of work are 8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, hybrid after probation.
