Position Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Biology specialist to deliver high-quality lessons to engaged and high-achieving students. The role includes teaching across KS3, KS4, and KS5 with the chance to contribute to enrichment and science outreach activities.
Responsibilities Include:

Plan and deliver outstanding Biology lessons across all key stages

Prepare students for examinations with a focus on stretch and challenge

Take part in departmental CPD, curriculum development, and research-based teaching practice

Support science clubs, field trips, and inter-school science competitions
*
Contribute to the Sixth Form enrichment programme and UCAS preparation for science-related degrees
Candidate Specification:

Biology or Life Sciences degree, with QTS
*
Experience teaching A-Level is highly desirable

A creative and evidence-informed teaching approach
