Part Time Organisation Development Lead
Location: Bracknell (with flexible working)
Contract: Fixed Term until end of 2026
Working pattern: 3-3.5 days a week, 2x days onsite
Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits
We are looking for an Organisation Development Lead who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery. This is a unique opportunity to shape and implement impactful people solutions that drive cultural transformation, enhance the employee experience, and enable business success.
This role is central to embedding global people initiatives locally, supporting inclusive leadership, and building a learning culture. With a strong background in organisation development, you’ll be confident driving transformation at organisational, functional, and team levels-working effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
The Role
As a trusted member of the HR team, you’ll design and deliver solutions that support growth, employee engagement, and cultural change. You’ll use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, ensure people strategies are impactful and measurable, and create an environment where people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Organisational Development & Change
* Design and implement change management interventions with measurable outcomes.
* Lead organisational development (OD) initiatives for teams and functions or manage external partners where needed.
People Analytics & Insights
* Use global tools to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
* Provide regular reporting to inform business decisions and shape strategy.
* Analyse data to identify trends and drive improvement opportunities.
Employee Engagement & People Growth
* Develop and deliver engagement and development strategies.
* Promote a learning culture through global and local initiatives.
* Support talent development in the UK & Ireland, ensuring we are recognised as a strong grower of talent.
* Equip managers and HRBPs with tools and processes to drive people growth.
* Ensure communications are clear, timely, and aligned with our values and culture.

About You
You will be an experienced OD professional with a track record of leading transformation, shaping culture, and enabling growth. You’ll have strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing environments.
Skills & Experience
* Proven expertise in organisational development, DEI, and employee engagement.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including producing organisation-wide communications.
* Demonstrated success in building inclusive, growth-focused cultures.
* Degree-level education and/or CIPD qualification; OD certification preferred.
