I am pleased to be supporting a world leading aviation company who are seeking a Recruiter to join a small team and lead on the full recruitment cycle across a range of exciting roles, during a busy period.

Duties:
* Leading on recruitment including scoping out vacancies with managers, creating job descriptions, adverts, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, dealing with offers and accurate recruitment data reporting
* Supporting HR Business Partners with identifying and utilising the most effective recruitment pathways and ensuring the business remains an employer of choice
* Coaching managers on best practice recruitment, providing administration and guidance on visas, work permits, and sponsorship
* Assisting with other areas of HR if required – HR Projects, Absence Management, Performance Management, Contracts, and Case Work
Looking for:
* Recruitment Experience whether as a Recruiter or a HR Professional who has managed Recruitment
* Proactive approach to managing work, with strong prioritisation skills and ability to work autonomously
* Excellent attention to detail, administration, planning and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally
