Summary
Providing P&C Operations support to the UK P&C team and UK & ROI team members.
Responsibilities of the Role
1. Monitor the dedicated P&C Operations mailbox.
2. Be able to triage and prioritise team member queries and issues in an efficient way.
3. Be the main point of contact for employee questions regarding P&C Operations.
4. Update the P&C system (SuccessFactors) with relevant information and ensure it is always up to date and accurate.
5. Administration of all new joiners’ information within the full employment lifecycle (from issuing offer letters and contracts, to setting up profiles on SuccessFactors, to P&C Welcome Calls and beyond)
6. Administration of all leavers’ information, including the sending of the exit survey, and hosting exit calls if required.
7. Assist with the monthly payroll, ensuring all pay-related changes are captured each month.
8. Process employee reference requests and other personal letter requests.
9. Maintain and organise employee files.
10. Help with the administration of the Employee Benefits Package.
11. Be the main point of contact with our benefits intermediary.
12. Identifying opportunities to improve benefits and processes.
13. Identifying and driving process improvements within the P&C team.
14. Supporting with the purchase order process, for all P&C related spend globally.
15. Ad hoc support with P&C projects.
16. Covering other P&C Operations Partners when on annual leave.
17. Continuous P&C learning through workshops, podcasts and events
Why you’ll make a great member of the team
Experience & Knowledge Required
18. Experience working within a fast-paced team
19. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
20. Up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
Skills Required
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
22. Great interpersonal skills
23. The ability to work independently
24. Excellent MS Office skills – outlook, word, excel etc.
