Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Facilities Management: Strategic planning for maintenance, management of the facilities budget, and oversight of capital improvement projects.
* Contract and Budget: Negotiating and monitoring external service contracts for specialist maintenance and managing cost-effective resource allocation.
* Team Leadership: Direct line management and development of the in-house site team (caretakers and maintenance staff).
Compensation & Benefits
* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
* Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
