Solutions Manager - Capital Projects
London/Manchester (UK travel required) - UK Wide - hybrid role with some travel
£70-85k depending on experience
You will play a key role in transforming how our client deliver projects across the UK. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where your expertise will drive innovation, unlock value, and influence strategic growth.
You'll be part of a growing, collaborative team that's redefining project excellence. From supporting high-impact bids to developing tailored solutions for new and existing clients, your work will directly contribute to their continued success in the built environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing FM accounts.
* Act as a subject matter expert, shaping winning strategies and integrating innovation into proposals.
* Collaborate with bid teams, project directors, and our Centre of Excellence to resolve delivery challenges and enhance value.
* Identify growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and support the strategic expansion of our Project Professional Services offering.
Qualifications
* You will have experience in leading on the creation of solutions, account management with business development within capital project delivery or consultancy.
* You'll also hold a strong technical background in construction or infrastructure working on projects of a varied size.
* Proven ability to shape project solutions for bids and tenders, working across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with influence at senior levels.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
* Eligible for or willing to undergo Central Government Security Clearance (SC).
* Prefer Construction experience over FM
