SEND Teacher – KS3/4 position in Northwich. Start Date: ASAP. Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Job Type: Full-time. Location: Northwich. Work Location: In person.
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Northwich, working with a class of nine students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, individualised lessons to meet the needs of students with ASD.
* Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team to ensure the holistic development of each student.
* Monitor progress, set achievable targets, and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
* Implement and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other personalised learning strategies.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with ASD or within a SEND setting.
* Strong understanding of SEND best practices and approaches to managing behaviours.
* A compassionate and patient individual who is committed to making a positive difference.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Salary: £127.05-£137.16 per day
* Job Type: Full-time
