Area Manager – up to £75,000 + Bonuses & Benefits Package – Multi-Site
We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy Area Manager to join an established,
multi-site hospitality business. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, capability, and performance where it’s needed most.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a senior multi-site hospitality role
• A strong track record of improving performance and developing General Managers
• Deep understanding of P&L, commercial drivers, and operational standards
• Confidence leading in imperfect, evolving environments
• Resilience, decisiveness, and comfort having honest, sometimes tough
conversations
• A hands-on leader who is visible, organised, and relentless in follow-up
• Genuine passion for hospitality, people, and building high-performing teams
