About the role
Full-time position, 40 hours per week over 5 days.
As a Head Housekeeper at HC-One you’ll lead the housekeeping team to keep every area spotless, staying organised, setting high standards, and putting residents first.
Responsibilities
* Manage the cleaning rota and daily schedules.
* Lead by example and support your team.
* Oversee laundry for personal and shared items.
* Order cleaning products and supplies.
* Follow and update infection control procedures.
* Keep records and complete cleaning checks.
* Ensure safety and COSHH guidelines are met.
Qualifications
Required experience: housekeeping and team leadership. Organised, with knowledge of Health & Safety and infection control. Friendly, positive, kind.
Safeguarding: recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know how to respond. Attend safeguarding training and report concerns, including escalation if needed.
