The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently, and all customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.

Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales and customer service operations
• Manage customer data in a secure and confidential manner
• Process orders, invoices and payments efficiently
• Liaise with the sales team and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve any issues
• Prepare reports and other documents
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Sales Administrator Technical Skills Required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
