L&D Admin Manager
Location: Dunstable, hybrid working, minimum 3 days per week in the office.

Our Learning Management System (LMS) is vital to this mission, supporting tens of thousands of our team members across the UK. We’re seeking a Learning and Development Admin Manager to ensure its smooth operation and to keep our training programmes industry-leading.
As L&D Admin Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for all training administration, ensuring our programmes run efficiently and effectively. You’ll manage delegate bookings, coordinate training activities, support our learning systems, and help ensure our people have the resources they need to excel daily.
Reporting to the Head of People Shared Services, you will lead a team of three and collaborate closely with the L&D team to ensure seamless system access and content delivery for both our support centre and operational teams.

What you’ll do:
* Oversee LMS administration, ensuring events are scheduled, attended, and successful.
* Collaborate with the Digital Learning Manager to maximize LMS utilization for an excellent learning experience.
* Deliver key L&D metrics through reporting tools to track engagement, compliance, and completion.
* Lead the L&D Admin team, maintaining accurate training records and bookings, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Coordinate with L&D Managers for management development programmes, liaising with external facilitators as needed.
* Lead, coach, and set strategic direction for the administrative team.
What we need:
* Experience in administration and data management within high-volume processes, ideally in L&D, HR, or Resourcing, within multi-site operational businesses (hospitality, retail, leisure, tourism).
* Experience with Learning Management Systems and leveraging technology for process efficiency.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience in Power BI or similar tools, and the ability to present data effectively to stakeholders.
* Leadership qualities: a motivator who recognizes and develops talent.
