What you will do
* Perform a range of diagnostic investigations using complex equipment, assays, and techniques.
* Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures and quality systems.
* Collaborate with medical and technical staff to deliver an efficient laboratory service.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical and experimental data.
* Participate in quality assurance programmes and contribute to laboratory service development.
* Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of test results to aid in effective patient management.
Qualifications
* Significant UK laboratory experience is essential.
* Proficiency with the use of Roche Cobas 8100 / 8000 lines (702/801 modules).
* Familiarity with Roche Cobas Infinity and APEX/ilab as LIMS is preferable.
* HCPC registration is required.
* Having a driving licence enhances your ability to fulfil the role effectively.
