Key Account Manager – Concrete / Building Products
Full Time | Permanent | UK Regional Role
Package including bonus Circa £70-80,000, £7,000 Car Allowance or Hybrid Vehicle + Generous benefits.
A market‑leading manufacturer within the concrete and building products sector is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive profitable growth across a flooring and precast product portfolio.
The role focuses on developing and executing a regional sales strategy, managing key relationships with housing developers, groundworkers, and contractors, and identifying new opportunities across existing and emerging markets. You’ll work closely with senior internal stakeholders, playing a key role in driving revenue, margin, and long‑term customer value.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong relationships within the housing developer/Groundworker market (flooring experience advantageous)
* Background in precast concrete or construction‑related building products
* Results‑driven, commercially focused and well organised
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Comfortable working cross‑functionally and building long‑term partnerships
