Job Description
This is a pivotal support role ensuring the smooth running of our in-house Photo Studio shoots. You'll be a key link between stylists, photographers, and hair and makeup artists, helping to deliver creative content for NEXT. Based at our Head Office in Enderby, Leicester offering a salary from £24,488.
About the Role
This position is a hands‑on role that ensures the smooth operation of our busy studio, focusing heavily on wardrobe and shoot preparation. You will assist with on‑set operations for both model and non‑model shoots, including essential tasks like outfit mapping and carryover logging. A significant part of your day will be dedicated to the physical presentation of clothing, where you will be expected to steam, prep, and maintain wardrobes for approximately three sets daily. You’ll manage and organise the wardrobe across all areas, including Seasons, brands, Womenswear, Menswear, and Non‑Clothing, and handle the general upkeep, including laundry, stock rotation, and organisation across the studios. You will be heavily involved in pre‑shoot organisation by preparing on‑set briefs, packs, and product information, assisting with the preparation of kit for off‑site shoots, and ensuring all items have corresponding paperwork attached. Finally, you will support administrative processes by maintaining accurate shoot documentation and image records, helping to produce internal files and systems, and ensuring smoother shoot execution through clear communication and detailed organisation, with support from Senior team members on any queries.
