Becoming an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant with us offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your ability to build relationships with customers. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to already be an expert in our products. You’ll join our industry-leading apprenticeship programme, enabling you to build the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviours to be your best and to set you up for future success.
Our CCF Pursuit of Better Certificate is a 12-month Apprenticeship that provides you with the tools to succeed in your role. During your apprenticeship, you will explore:
1. Our safety culture within the branch
2. The products we sell and the services we provide
3. What makes us different and keeps us as the number one choice for our valued customers
Our Apprenticeships focus on your development and include study time within your working week so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We offer a strong support network through 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical and skills training to help you progress your career with us. Our experienced team will support you throughout your apprenticeship to ensure you gain the most from this experience.

What’s the day-to-day?
No two days are the same, but ultimately, you will:
* Build relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering solutions, and recommending products
* Be helpful and friendly, likely getting to know our customers on a first-name basis
* Use your knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes, and help each customer with their purchase
