Ask yourself, are you Completely Customer Focused? Being an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant with us offers a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with customers. Don’t worry if you’re not already an expert in our products; you’ll join our industry-leading apprenticeship programme to develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviors for success. Our CCF Pursuit of Better Certificate is a 12-month Apprenticeship that will equip you with the tools to excel in your role. Throughout the programme, you’ll explore:
* Our safety culture within the branch
* The products we sell and the services we provide
* What makes us different and keeps us as the number one choice for our valued customers
Our Apprenticeships focus on your development and include study time within your working week, enabling you to achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We provide a strong support network through 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical and skills training to help you progress your career with us. Our experienced team will support you every step of the way to ensure you get the most out of your Apprenticeship. And this can be just the beginning; we offer a suite of Apprenticeship programmes to support your continued development up to the Boardroom.

What’s the day-to-day?
No two days are the same, but ultimately you’ll:
* Build relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering solutions, and recommending products
* Be helpful and friendly, likely getting to know our customers on a first-name basis
* Use your knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes, and help each customer with their purchase
