We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Grimsby. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance, handling queries, and raising invoices for work carried out, while keeping our customers informed. You should have a passion for delivering first-class service and an organized approach to your work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all customers professionally and warmly.
* Manage administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
* Work independently using your initiative.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities.
* Create and process job cards, checking for ongoing work.
* Verify account details, available credit, and obtain necessary authorizations.
* Provide timely updates to customers.
* Agree on timescales for unscheduled work and follow through to completion.
